• Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days.
• Shipping Time: Once processed, shipping to Japan takes approximately 5-12 business days.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination and the weight of the items.

Returns Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:

• Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of receipt to return or exchange your item.
• Return Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.
• Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@vividkidsstore.com. Include your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with further instructions.
• Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify that you would like an exchange. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item to you.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
